K-FLEX K-FIRE ACRYLIC

K-FLEX K-FIRE ACRYLIC is a single-component intumescent acrylic sealant for joints and openings in fire-rated walls and floors. Under fire exposure, the material activates at approximately 180 degrees C, expands and forms a durable char that restricts the spread of fire and smoke. It also helps maintain the acoustic design performance of the construction and provides fire sealing for periods of up to and beyond four hours, depending on the specified system.
