Cut the steel pipe with a pipe cutter to perform a precise cut of straight angle (90°). Verify that there are no metal burrs on the steel pipe and the joint is perfectly clean. |
Insert the steel pipe into the fitting up to the end. |
Tighten the nut using wrenches. |
Make sure that the thread of the fitting is no longer visible.
